All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of all content you save or create within WalletWisdom ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes processing your content through AI systems to enable chat and analysis features.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring you have the right to save and use any third-party content within the Service.
WalletWisdom, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Zynt LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

WALLETWISDOM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYNT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF WALLETWISDOM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zynt LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to WalletWisdom at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
